Tomorrow afternoon The Three Body Problem–Frank Vanneman and Dave Vosh on analogue modular synthesizers and yours truly on double bass–will be making its debut at the 11th Electronica Fest at the National Electronics Museum. The Electronica Fest is always a fun time, and this year Thomas Dolby will be performing as a special guest artist.

Safe Creations, Akousma and a finale with all three of us. We’re very blue.
This past Saturday the National Electronics Museum once again hosted the Electronica Fest, a day-long gathering of electronic musicians–along with the occasional acoustic interloper. I had the pleasure of closing the evening with Dave Vosh on modular analogue synth and Ken Moore on analogue synth. And blue light. Lots of blue light. Photo by Jeff … More electronica fest 2016

Saturday is the 2015 Electronica Fest, a virtually all-day event featuring 16 electronic experimental sound artists from the DC area held at the National Electronics Museum. Akousma—Dave Vosh on modular analogue synthesizer and myself on double bass–will be playing the penultimate set as well as a bridge entre-set with Ken Moore.
